Led by an experienced tutor, Livvy Stainer, these relaxed and welcoming figure drawing classes focus on observational skills and capturing the human form. Participants will sketch and study a clothed live model each week, exploring proportion, anatomy and gesture in a relaxed environment with gentle guidance.

Willow charcoal
Colour pencils or pastels (optional)

About Livvy Stainer:

Livvy Stainer is a portrait artist and tutor. She has been painting and drawing professionally for 30 years. She trained at the renowned Heatherleys School of Figurative Art in Chelsea and has specialised in child and family portrait commissions for the last 20 years. She has a passion for drawing and painting the human figure and runs regular drawing classes in her hometown. She also runs painting and drawing workshops for various organisations across Hampshire.
