Guided lessons with demonstrations, from Livvy Stainer, giving simple tips and tricks on capturing a likeness, accurate proportions, anatomy of the head, expressions, child portraits, flesh tones and much more.
We will be using mainly colour pastels but participants are welcome to work in monochrome or bring any colour medium. Some basic art materials will be available but participants are encouraged to bring their own equipment and materials.
Sessions run from 11:30am - 1:30pm.

About Livvy Stainer:
Livvy Stainer is a portrait artist and tutor. She has been painting and drawing professionally for 30 years. She trained at the renowned Heatherleys School of Figurative Art in Chelsea and has specialized in child and family portrait commissions for the last 20 years. She has a passion for drawing and painting the human figure and runs regular drawing classes in her hometown. She also runs painting and drawing workshops for various organisations across Hampshire.
