After a long and detailed procurement process, over seen by Hampshire County Council on behalf of Petersfield Museum, it can be revealed that Phoenix Construction Services Ltd have been selected to deliver the base build for the museum’s ‘Pathways into the Past’ project.
Phoenix Construction Services, based in Washington near Pulborough, have a proven track record in delivering complex, high quality projects. Their client base includes The Royal Palaces, The Royal Ballet School, Chelsea & Westminster Hospital and a selection of some of our countries leading independent schools. When asked about the project Director, Glyn Pockett said ‘we look forward to working with the Petersfield Museum team in delivering what will be a building for all to be proud of and one that will help raise a local awareness of Petersfield's rich and diverse history’.
The contractors are aware of the tight limitations of the site and the closeness of surrounding buildings and one of their principal aims is to regularly communicate with the neighbours to keep any nuisance to the minimum.
