Explore the part played by women in the life of Charles II including his wife, Catherine of Braganza, and his many mistresses, as well as his mother and sisters. While much of the focus will be on the court at Whitehall, the talk will also consider when and why Charles visited Hampshire.

The venue for this talk, given by Professor Maria Hayward, will be St. Peter's Church Hall.
