We are very excited to be welcoming back our friends from the Robert Frost Society for this exciting evening of discussion and poetry.

Edward Thomas and Robert Frost's friendship developed on the tracks and roadways they walked together through the English countryside. 'Roads and Pathways' is the theme of this year's Edward Thomas Literary Festival and members of the Edward Thomas Fellowship and the Robert Frost Society will explore the poets' relationships with roads both physically and metaphysically and their influence on their work.

Members of the panel will include: Edna Longley, Robert Hass, Virginia Smith, Donald G Sheehy, Guy Cuthbertson, Ralph Pite, Gregory Dowling, Jeremy Mitchell and Tom Durham.

The evening will include poetry readings of both men's work and can be enjoyed from the unique setting of our Victorian courtroom lecture theatre or from the comfort of your own home anywhere in the world as we live stream the event via Zoom.
