Join us for our Summer 2024 line-up of Busking in the Courtyard hosted by the Coffee Shop at Petersfield Museum and Art Gallery. These free, open to the public busking sessions are the perfect way to enjoy the sunny weather in our courtyard.
Our buskers are local singers from Petersfield and the surrounding area, so come and support local musicians during these summer sessions!
Hannahgram
Hampshire-bred UK singer-songwriter and pianist, Hannah spent a lot of time hiding in practice rooms growing up. The world often felt overwhelming and scary, and music was her escape.
In 2020 that childhood survival tool took on new significance for Hannah as she struggled with her mental health. One day she put an old keyboard in the bathroom, locked the door for an hour, and started writing and singing. Still kind of hiding, but this time around she shared a song online. And then another one. Until she had so many songs that she thought it might be time to face the overwhelming and the scary again, and play them in public. She's still doing it.
Hannah's artist name reflects the fact that she feels like a bit of an anagram. Like she's rearranged herself into many forms over the years, the way you might do with words in a sentence to give it new meaning whilst still using the original letters.
Following an exciting collaboration with singer-songwriter and guitarist Harry Geeves on her lest single 'Manifest', the two musicians have formed a duo, combining their talents to create a rich and colourful soundscape as they bring you a mexture of fresh originals and refreshingly re-envisaged covers.

Courtyard at Petersfield Museum and Art Gallery
Our Busking in the Courtyard sessions are held in the courtyard of Petersfield Museum and Art Gallery. The Courtyard is always open to the public, no admission required.
The Courtyard is located to the left of Petersfield Museum and Art Gallery, through the green gate. Enjoy an easy place to meet up with friends, let your little ones run around or enjoy a coffee from the Coffee Shop with your four legged friends. The courtyard is fully accessible and we welcome all to make use of this tranquil space!
Please note that our free Busking in the Courtyard sessions are not part of Petersfield Museum and Art Gallery's Live Music events (Live Music events require priced tickets).
